The NJP series fully automatic capsule filling machine is a new
type of product specially improved by our company based on market
experience. The whole machine adopts a curved design, smooth
streamline, and atmospheric appearance.
The equipment adopts PLC programming, human-machine interface
operation, and touch screen display. Automatic alarm display for
operational faults or material shortages, automatic shutdown, and
automatic elimination of alarms after troubleshooting.
The machine also has functions such as password input, parameter
setting, printing data, and resetting. All key components such as
transmission shafts, camshafts, and bearings of the machine are
made of imported materials with superior quality, making it the
preferred ideal equipment for filling drugs and fully complying
with GMP requirements.

1. The equipment adopts internal cam transmission to reduce the
center of gravity and maintain stable high-speed operation. It
adopts Ferguson transmission with low vibration and a working noise
of less than 75dB during high-speed operation. The dosage
difference is controlled within 3-5% (depending on the powder
situation);
2. The rotating part is fully enclosed and can be equipped with an
automatic lubrication system. The workbench is free of oil stains,
avoiding cross contamination with drugs.
3. The machine adopts the human-machine interface of Siemens from
Germany, with a PLC programmable controller. The LCD displays the
output per minute, cumulative output, status of empty capsules and
medicine powder, alarm prompts for capsule shortage, automatic
shutdown when medicine powder is insufficient, and fault diagnosis
prompts.
4. The installation of equipment molds has pin hole positions,
making mold correction quick and easy.
5. The equipment adopts a mold brush cleaning and vacuum device to
improve the capsule loading rate, which can reach 99.99%.
